Peter Jay Abaya
Peter Jay Abaya is presently involved with Cerebro Labs (a Manila-based incubator and accelerator), Shatter Tech Holdings and Kawit Prime Holdings (family offices in the Philippines), Global Electric Transport (an electric vehicle company), and other ventures in Technology, Real Estate, Construction Engineering, and Education. He held key positions in the Philippine Government (1998-2016). Peter has Bachelor degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering from UC-Irvine, Graduate degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell, and a Post-Grad diploma in Climate Change and Development from the JFK School of Government, Harvard.
Paul has more than 10 years of investment banking and fund management experience in prominent roles at White Oak, Jefferies, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, MVP Capital, and US Bancorp. He participated in over $10 billion of mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, public bond offerings, and private placement transactions for technology, renewable energy, and general infrastructure companies. He serves on the Advisory Board for various venture funds and companies in Bay Area. Paul graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Gabe Turner previously held the position of Executive Director, Draper Venture Network (DVN), a collective of 25+ global, top-performing venture funds that collaborate on sourcing, diligence, and value-creation for investments. Gabe started his career as a management consultant with Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice. Gabe has served as an advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and to governments on Technology and Innovation policy. A member of the Selection Committee of HBS Angels and Technology Advisory Board of Delta Air Lines, Gabe graduated from UC Berkeley and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Roman joins Draper Global with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and venture funded companies having worked at Lehman Brothers, Banc of America Securities, Morgan Stanley, and Kernel Capital. Roman has led over 22 technology investments with a focus on enterprise software with co-investors such as Founders Fund, 500 Startups, SGE, State of New York, Microsoft, and Motorola. Roman studied business economics and politics at Occidental College.

Debbie was a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Paul Capital, a private equity firm, prior to joining Draper Global. At Paul Capital, she was responsible for overseeing the financial, accounting, tax and compliance activities of all domestic and international management companies, all general partner and select fund entities. She has over 25 years of progressive financial management experience in various financial and high technology industries including financial positions at United Commercial Bank, Microsoft, Wells Fargo Bank, and Ernst & Young. Debbie is a California Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and received a B.S. in Accounting from Golden Gate University.
Alejandro brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, portfolio and risk management, investment banking and project finance. Mr. Caminos assists clients in developing tailored solutions in areas of investments, risk, liquidity, and tax minimization. Alejandro started his career as a financial advisor and investment banker for KNN-Zions First National Bank as well as Lehman Brothers before serving leadership roles at New York Life, DEPFA Bank, IPFC Group, and SNW Securities (currently Piper Jaffray) since 2006. Alejandro studied at Brandeis University.
